Kantrix Softwares provides software development, mobile application development, web development, and related technology services (collectively, the "Service"). Our services may include, but are not limited to, custom software development, application maintenance, technical support, and consulting services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kantrix Softwares and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Kantrix Softwares.

Unless otherwise stated, Kantrix Softwares owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages for your personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

As a user of our services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All fees for our services are exclusive of taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments, including value-added tax, sales tax, use tax, excise tax, or other taxes except for taxes based on our net income. You are responsible for paying all such taxes, and we will invoice for and collect such taxes when required to do so.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

In no event shall Kantrix Softwares, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding our services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our services.
